The Dismantling: Why Your Old Tools Don’t Work Anymore and What Happens Next

Many women reach a moment where affirmations, mindset work, and “positive thinking” stop working. You can feel something deeper is off, but you cannot logic your way through it.

In this episode of the You World Order Showcase Podcast, I’m joined by Cheryl Stelte, spiritual coach, master healer, and founder of the Star of Divine Light Institute and the Azarius Energy Healing Certification Program. Cheryl has spent over 30 years helping mature women move beyond subconscious and energetic blocks that no longer respond to surface-level tools.

We talk about what’s really running beneath the surface, why the world feels like it’s dismantling, and how going inward restores clarity, alignment, and forward movement. This conversation is especially for coaches, healers, and entrepreneurs who know they are meant for more and are ready to shift from effort and survival mode into truth, presence, and power.

In this episode, we cover:

  • Why mindset work can stop working even when you’ve “done so much healing”
  • What subconscious and energetic imprints look like in real life
  • The difference between healing and becoming your true self
  • Why presence is the doorway to clarity, peace, and momentum
  • How collaboration and connection raise the frequency for everyone
  • What it means to be in service as a state of being, not just something you do

9

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: out and create lives rooted in truth, purpose, and freedom. Welcome back to the show, Cheryl. It's great to have you with us again.

10

::

Cheryl Stelte: Oh, thank you, Jill. I'm thrilled to be here. Love what you're doing in the world, and it's just… it's just so exciting to be a part of your journey, and all you listeners at home!

11

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yes, it's so fun. The world is changing, and, you know, you can either be upset about it, or you can do something about it, and we're all about

12

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Doing something about it.

13

::

Cheryl Stelte: Yes.

14

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So, let me ask you the big question. What's the most significant thing, in your opinion, as individuals we can do to make an impact on how the world is going?

15

::

Cheryl Stelte: You know, it's change yourself.

16

::

Cheryl Stelte: Change yourself, number one. When we're trying to change our environment, it's…

17

::

Cheryl Stelte: our impact is so much less than when we… when we really change ourselves. And what stands out to me, you know, what you said in your… in your intro.

18

::

Cheryl Stelte: it's… Really looking about… looking at what's running beneath the surface.

19

::

Cheryl Stelte: And I would like to really speak to that today, because I'm all about what's running beneath the surface.

20

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Let's explore that a little more. What do you mean by that?

21

::

Cheryl Stelte: So…

22

::

Cheryl Stelte: you know, we are all, everyone in the world, and I look at the world as a whole right now, and we are the collective, you know, and we really are all one. Unity consciousness does exist, but our previous conditioning, all of us, our conditioning

23

::

Cheryl Stelte: Prevents us from accessing the truth of who we truly are.

24

::

Cheryl Stelte: There's the conditioning, all these patterns that we've developed, and we… we live so automatically.

25

::

Cheryl Stelte: In the world, and we've moved into this state of such separation from each other, and this is what we're seeing in the world. It's like all these… all this old conditioning kind of has to blow up so it can be dismantled.

26

::

Cheryl Stelte: And so that we can live in a very different way, in a much, much more peaceful way. And you know, I know this won't be aired on your show for 5 months, but right now, there's those Tibetan monks

27

::

Cheryl Stelte: from Texas that are walking to Washington, D.C, and it's… they're walking for peace.

28

::

Cheryl Stelte: And I don't do mindfulness meditation. I spent a lot of times… a lot of time with the Tibetan monks in northern India when I was there for four and a half months, and… and their energy

29

::

Cheryl Stelte: just being near any one of them, I remember, it's just… they are peaceful, but they also carry a lot of joy. They hold this pure state of joy. And when I was living in Vancouver, one day I'm walking down the street, and across the street from me, there was a Tibetan monk walking.

30

::

Cheryl Stelte: And I could feel his energy, and I just moved into this higher state. And so this is why I'm saying, so these guys…

31

::

Cheryl Stelte: They all go inward.

32

::

Cheryl Stelte: And it doesn't matter what the method is, folks.

33

::

Cheryl Stelte: It's… it's going inward.

34

::

Cheryl Stelte: You can feel your heartbeat, breathe.

35

::

Cheryl Stelte: go inward to your true self. You can say the soul, your spirit, your higher self, whatever. It's all about going inward.

36

::

Cheryl Stelte: And… to me, you know, I have done 32 years, exactly half my life, of deep…

37

::

Cheryl Stelte: Healing, undoing the patterns, undoing the conditioning, and…

38

::

Cheryl Stelte: You know, I work with a lot of mature women and men.

39

::

Cheryl Stelte: Mostly women, but we're talking very mature, you know, people over 50, people over 60, in their 70s and even 80s, who know there's more for them.

40

::

Cheryl Stelte: And it's the biggest thing, and there's a shift now. I'm feeling it in myself.

41

::

Cheryl Stelte: I'm feeling it in the people that find me.

42

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Goosebumps.

43

::

Cheryl Stelte: It's… it's… not just… What's running beneath the surface

44

::

Cheryl Stelte: I've been so much about healing, healing, healing, and yes, the empowerment piece is important.

45

::

Cheryl Stelte: But it's your true self.

46

::

Cheryl Stelte: Who you truly are, the divine within you.

47

::

Cheryl Stelte: We are all aspects of the Creator and form, all of us. And when you discover that.

48

::

Cheryl Stelte: Your life changes.

49

::

Cheryl Stelte: And we are all going through this dismantling… the dismantling of the world as we know it.

50

::

Cheryl Stelte: And in my life right now, it is currently, I'm like… Whoa. Serious, heavy-duty dismantling, And…

51

::

Cheryl Stelte: All the old conditioning, all the ways of being, no longer serve me. The… the having to do.

52

::

Cheryl Stelte: And I thought I was an expert.

53

::

Cheryl Stelte: in allowing and surrender. I mean, I teach this, I help others go through it, but this level I am personally being challenged with right now.

54

::

Cheryl Stelte: is deeper than ever. I am so engrossed in the not knowing, and it's becoming more and more exciting. I feel it. I feel…

55

::

Cheryl Stelte: new levels.

56

::

Cheryl Stelte: coming, new levels of being in my work, shifting, and it's, it's amazing to allow that, and it's also amazing to see how God, the Universe Source, sets it all up for me, that I don't have to worry.

57

::

Cheryl Stelte: Whoa.

58

::

Cheryl Stelte: So, yeah.

59

::

Cheryl Stelte: Everything that's running beneath the surface is multifaceted.

60

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It is so multifaceted. I love that you brought the monks into this, because they…

61

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They exist in this world, But they're just… they exist…

62

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: in the now, in the present. And really, if we could get from our conditioning, where we're always thinking about the future, or engrossed in what happened in the past.

63

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know.

64

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: This is a very simplistic thing, but it worked for me. Just make up another story about what all of that past junk meant.

65

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And… Move on.

66

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's just like, you can't do anything about it. You're making up stories about whatever happened to you, and I get it, people have gone through horrible traumas, and I'm not trying to minimize that, but so long as you get

67

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: stuck in that identity of whatever that was that you went through, you are not through it. You're still living in it.

68

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And until you can allow yourself to tell yourself a different story, and it's hard, because we all have stories that we've told ourselves, and what it means, and we play that record on repeat when we…

69

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: are inspired to feel down some days. Because nobody's always anything all the time.

70

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But if you can make it a practice to enjoy the experience, and just let it be an experience, be curious about the experience, rather than having to label it.

71

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think…

72

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I agree with you so much about the world. Everything is blowing up, but it's getting exposed. It reminds me of that,

73

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: the Wizard of Oz, when they pull back the curtain, and it's just this little guy standing there, but he's… he's… he's made all these big, grandiose proclamations about, you know, all these things.

74

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Which is what happens to us, you know, we find ourselves in this position because we believed the wizard really knew.

75

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But… It's just… We know.

76

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We have all the power.

77

::

Cheryl Stelte: And it… it is… we… we have all the power, and it's a very exciting time, because

78

::

Cheryl Stelte: we've all agreed to this. All our souls are here today, right now, at the age we're at, in the life we are living, because we have agreed to this learning, and to this evolution.

79

::

Cheryl Stelte: And, yes, I agree with you wholeheartedly that, yes, we can make up a story about the past, and…

80

::

Cheryl Stelte: At the same time, for most of us.

81

::

Cheryl Stelte: we can do that all we want, and yet, we have the knee-jerk reaction. We have the response. So, being present in the moment, like the monks, it is remaining inward, which is a challenge for us, because we have the future, we have the past. So, my work has been, I hold

82

::

Cheryl Stelte: People who've done a lot of personal work, they're already spiritual.

83

::

Cheryl Stelte: for 10, 11 weeks, and they become the person they absolutely could not imagine. So it's in a container, and they know how to do the work themselves to release what's in the subconscious. And I'm talking very, very deep work. I'm known for…

84

::

Cheryl Stelte: deep, and yet now I'm getting these people that have done the deep work.

85

::

Cheryl Stelte: They've done all the mindset work, they've done all this stuff, and they're very evolved.

86

::

Cheryl Stelte: And yet, they know there's more for them, and it is helping them discover

87

::

Cheryl Stelte: The pieces, so it's like releasing the remaining fragments.

88

::

Cheryl Stelte: the last pieces that are getting in the way, that whatever is blocking them from moving to that unity consciousness every day, and being able to be present without it being an effort. This is a part of our problem. You know, sure, the monks, they meditate for hours. When I was in northern India, you know, I ended up… I was meditating for hours a day.

89

::

Cheryl Stelte: often 3 hours a day, and even at different… I remember one point in my life, I was meditating two and a half hours a day.

90

::

Cheryl Stelte: And I became so effective, so efficient, so focused.

91

::

Cheryl Stelte: Life became, you know, just… Things just happen so easily.

92

::

Cheryl Stelte: And I… I… that's not my thing anymore.

93

::

Cheryl Stelte: 45 minutes to an hour is great, and you release those last fragments, and then that presence and being the divinity, it's the divinity within you, and living from that state, and then…

94

::

Cheryl Stelte: Your world starts to match your inner state, and it's tough at first.

95

::

Cheryl Stelte: Excuse me, because we have to go through the dismantling, the who we think

96

::

Cheryl Stelte: Who all that we identify with needs to fall away, and it's… it's not pretty, because it still needs to be acknowledged, we need to witness it, so that we can truly let it go.

97

::

Cheryl Stelte: and allow…

98

::

Cheryl Stelte: our new inner state, the truer state to come through, and that's the biggest influence that I believe we can have on the world today.

99

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I… I love that, and it is so true. We just…

100

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: we… we're so programmed to… and even people that have done a lot of work, we still are like.

101

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: how am I gonna pay the bills? And we have these things that just…

102

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Part of the experience that we're having right now.

103

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: because of the state of society. And I love that you're bringing people together who are so powerful already, because the more that… like, a month by himself is…

104

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: is powerful, but he's an enigma. He's just, like, there, and he can have a little bit of an effect, but when you put a whole group of them together, they don't have to say anything. It's just the power of them connecting.

105

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it just, like, it's like amplifiers. They're each amplifiers of each other, and it's just… I…

106

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I've been around communities like that, where it just… it's palpable. You can feel the energy. Your… your energy changes.

107

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Because you're in proximity to them. And it's not something that you consciously think, oh, my energy's gonna change. It simply changes.

108

::

Cheryl Stelte: It's… it's true. It's, it's so true, and as coaches, if you're a coach.

109

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: If you're a healer.

110

::

Cheryl Stelte: Anyone that, that helps other people.

111

::

Cheryl Stelte: It's so important to get yourself to that next level, because

112

::

Cheryl Stelte: One of the biggest things that we do

113

::

Cheryl Stelte: we transmit energy. Whether we're at a low vibration, you know what it's like to be around someone who's really negative, and it's not even so much what they're saying, but you kind of feel them, and it's… it can be hard on you, and… and sort of affects you, whether you're an empath or not.

114

::

Cheryl Stelte: And you're around someone who feels uplifted, or someone who feels very peaceful.

115

::

Cheryl Stelte: And so, a lot of the work as coaches, to me, it's… it's not just so much about what we say, it's the transmission. And so, when we can be in the highest state possible.

116

::

Cheryl Stelte: our clients' benefit. I have one client right now who… she's been meditating

117

::

Cheryl Stelte: 55, 56 years. She's older than me, and so some could say, well, she must be more evolved.

118

::

Cheryl Stelte: Well, it's not a competition, and…

119

::

Cheryl Stelte: because I'm able to see energy and see what's going on, I've been able to help her release the fragments, and she really wanted this sense of freedom and was questioning her life, etc.

120

::

Cheryl Stelte: And in just one session.

121

::

Cheryl Stelte: I was able to facilitate her discovering the true and very deep and profound freedom within.

122

::

Cheryl Stelte: accessing that, and she can live in that freedom now daily, that she is truly a free being. It comes from within. So much of everything we're searching for and we want…

123

::

Cheryl Stelte: that we're searching for outside the world. Oh, because she was wondering, I love my husband so much, am I going to have to leave him to feel free? You know, I'm questioning her life, her value, her purpose.

124

::

Cheryl Stelte: And yet, everything she thought she was meant to be doing, it's unfolding very differently, and she's being led and guided

125

::

Cheryl Stelte: Because she's so in touch with her divinity, her soul, and…

126

::

Cheryl Stelte: It's like the doors just fling open, and you're going down a new path in a forest that you've never imagined, you've never seen before, and everything is brand new.

127

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And I love that, and it's not a competition, it's really a coming together. It's… like…

128

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Not having to be out there by yourself, and you're… you're absolutely right about once

129

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: once you're where you're supposed to be, doing what you're supposed to be, the doors do open. Things happen, and… and you find other ways to be of service, but it doesn't start out,

130

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Often, entrepreneurs, and I'm just going to go back to entrepreneurs, I know we're talking mostly about coaches and, spiritual people who are trying to evolve, but it does come back to, I need to make money to survive.

131

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And most entrepreneurs, even coaches, start out with that mindset, and they're like, how can I make money?

132

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: When… if you shift that, to, how can I be of service The money will happen.

133

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Just, like, put the money aside, and just, like…

134

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: what can I do? What am I here to do to make a difference?

135

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I know, for me personally, when I did that, and the podcast was born, it was just, like, it was so freeing, because it wasn't about making money, it was about providing a space for other people to be highlighted, and what they were doing, and just, like.

136

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I had so many amazing conversations, you know, during the interview, but sometimes even after the interviews, I've had life-changing conversations with people.

137

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There's just, like…

138

::

Cheryl Stelte: Exactly, exactly, and it… it is so much about service.

139

::

Cheryl Stelte: Is not about what you do.

140

::

Cheryl Stelte: service is about who you are. I have… I have to tell you, pretty much

141

::

Cheryl Stelte: everybody, not… just recently, I had a woman reach out to me the day after she listened to half of a podcast, saying.

142

::

Cheryl Stelte: When you said, I help you become your own energy worker, she said, I knew I had to talk with you, so she booked a call with me, and we're working together, because she wants to be her own energy worker, she knows she's psychic.

143

::

Cheryl Stelte: But she has… she's not able to access her… her gifts, and that sort of thing. But most people say to me.

144

::

Cheryl Stelte: I don't know what it was that you said.

145

::

Cheryl Stelte: But I just felt like I had to talk with you.

146

::

Cheryl Stelte: Because it's not as much about what I'm saying, and you probably get that too, Jill. I'm not sure what you said, but I knew I had to talk with you, and service is a state.

147

::

Cheryl Stelte: It's… it's doing your own inner work, and that's why I said in the beginning, it's about going inward. It's always about going inward.

148

::

Cheryl Stelte: and the practice, and presence, and being, and then everything unfolds. So, as an entrepreneur, as a spiritual coach, as a master healer.

149

::

Cheryl Stelte: we keep growing and evolving. Whatever work you're doing, you grow through your business. I mean, who here hasn't grown through their business? We grow through our business, whether we plan to or not.

150

::

Cheryl Stelte: And then there will always be a time of great shift, when we hit a glass ceiling, and it may require more healing, but it always requires going inward, and when we do the inward work, then, oh, things will shift. Because I see that, oh…

151

::

Cheryl Stelte: The healing work I'm doing is going through a major shift.

152

::

Cheryl Stelte: the old way that I thought was so powerful, and my clients thought was so transformative and, like, really rapid, like, radical healing.

153

::

Cheryl Stelte: is… there's a shift. There's a shift that's happening

154

::

Cheryl Stelte: Because it's not… not fulfilling like it used to be, and something new is coming through. And even my chakra readings, you know, I do a lot of chakra readings, and even that is changing.

155

::

Cheryl Stelte: I'm getting so much more information, and I'm not even seeing the chakras. You know, I see the chakras as light, and I would usually see… I usually see where the blocks are.

156

::

Cheryl Stelte: And I see light, where all the energy is flowing well, because there are energy centers, I don't see the mandalas and all that. And I just did a chakra reading yesterday, and it was completely different. And it was a previous client who had come to me.

157

::

Cheryl Stelte: Had done a lot of work, a lot of growth, and so just wanted one session, so okay. And we did a chakra reading and some healing, but so much of it was about…

158

::

Cheryl Stelte: empowerment, about becoming the true self, and helping her dismantle, shed, what is no longer serving her, so she can move to that next level. And all the information, it's so much more now about…

159

::

Cheryl Stelte: those subconscious beliefs, once you become aware of them and recognize them, and then even in the reading, I'm… I'm clearing much more than I was able to before. Anyway, I could go on and on, but…

160

::

Cheryl Stelte: That's just an example. My shift is an example of the shifts that many of us are going through. Oh.

161

::

Cheryl Stelte: You change, your business has to change along with you. It cannot stay the same. And if you're not open to it, if you keep trying to grind it, and keep doing the same thing, it will just fall apart.

162

::

Cheryl Stelte: We… it's… it's a time for being open, and you don't have to know what it's going to look like, because it will be provided for you, and like you said, Jill, and the money will follow.

163

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: This year was all about… every year around December, I start listening for the words for the year coming.

164

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And this year was all about connection and collaboration, and it just… I kept hearing it over and over. And the more we connect with each other.

165

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The… and collaborate, rather than trying to compete.

166

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The old model was competition. You had to be the best at everything you did, and instead of just allowing us to collaborate with other people who have different skills than we have.

167

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And share with them what we've got, and I was just, like.

168

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's… it's a way for the whole…

169

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: whole society to rise when we're not afraid of saying, hey, I'm not great at that, but I know somebody who is, because you had all these connections with others. I just, like.

170

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: we're in a magical place in the world right now. And it's not just, like, in one country or another. It's the whole world. The whole world is… is waking up, and they want more. They realize that we're not here just to be robots, and to work in factories, and, you know, have our…

171

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Kids or not have our kids, and…

172

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The frantic search for happiness. You are happiness.

173

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Kindness and curiosity goes a long way in the world.

174

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You don't have to be right, or the best.

175

::

Cheryl Stelte: That's right, and because it creates isolation, it creates separation, and when you talk about connection and collaboration, when you are in your true self, when you are present with your divine self, with your true nature, who you truly are.

176

::

Cheryl Stelte: Then you can see that in another, even if their behavior is not appropriate.

177

::

Cheryl Stelte: Even murderers.

178

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know… Huh?

179

::

Cheryl Stelte: It's… we are all divine beings, and what happens is then that… you see it in them, it's reflected back to you, it's an echo, and it goes back and forth. So even if you're… if you choose to not consciously engage, there's still… we are all connected, and we have been in denial of that.

180

::

Cheryl Stelte: for centuries, for thousands of years, and we are now coming back to that. We once were. You know, you look at what the Egyptians have done, the Incas, all these old civilizations, in many ways, were very, very connected.

181

::

Cheryl Stelte: And we're coming back to that to a higher level than we've ever experienced. And so…

182

::

Cheryl Stelte: That's why it's… what's running underneath the surface, is it separates… Is it competition? All that.

183

::

Cheryl Stelte: As opposed to, we are all united, we are all whole beings, we are all pure, divine love, we are made of light and love, and finding that state and inching your way along to it.

184

::

Cheryl Stelte: And then the collaborations just come naturally. You attract so easily the right people.

185

::

Cheryl Stelte: And clients.

186

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.

187

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And… That just is… there's a flow in there that just happens naturally.

188

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And… I… I'm gonna bring up a different point, in that I believe we all choose

189

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The experience we're gonna have here before we come.

190

::

Cheryl Stelte: So…

191

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: When you look at people who are…

192

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Let's say the person who commits murder, or the person who just behaves really badly.

193

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That person is here… And you are here at the same time to have the experience with that person.

194

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That might not be what their soul is on the other side.

195

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But that's… that's the… that's the agreement they made.

196

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: when they came here? And if you can…

197

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: When I got this concept, I used to have struggled with my relationship with my mom, and I have a daughter that I do struggle with a relationship with her.

198

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But… when you frame it in that context, I asked for this life.

199

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I wanted this experience, and all of these things that we might label as not good or bad.

200

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I asked for them, and somebody stepped up and said, I will be that…

201

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: that… that leaf for you to brush against as the wind brushes against the leaf. The leaf doesn't know the wind exists until it's brushed against by… by the wind. And it, you're not…

202

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: If we came here and everything was hunky-dory, what kind of an experience would that be? I mean, would you get on a roller coaster that just went flat? I think they call that a train.

203

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know? We're here for the loop-de-loops, and the exhilarating moments, and the… the… the excitement

204

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And there's, like, some smooth times in there, too. It's okay.

205

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: For the next exciting… interlude. I was just, like, We're here for any experience!

206

::

Cheryl Stelte: I want a really good one!

207

::

Cheryl Stelte: I love your rollercoaster analogy, that's… that's… it's truly awesome, and yeah, to let others have their journey, and just to recognize that I'm having my journey. There's no point in judging.

208

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Judging?

209

::

Cheryl Stelte: Puts people in darkness, it denies their divinity, so just see the divine in them. Who's their divine being having?

210

::

Cheryl Stelte: experience their journey. We don't know what their learning is, but let them. Just let them have it.

211

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You don't have to be present in everybody's experience.

212

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We… we have that opportunity to, like.

213

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Move into the spaces where we want to have our experience.

214

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And…

215

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think that's what you provide for people, is a place where, you know, certain kinds of people who are at the space where they just need those extra pieces, like.

216

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's like you… you bring your spotlight, shine it around, and you show them, oh, you missed a spot here, and you missed a spot there, the white glove treatment.

217

::

Cheryl Stelte: That's right.

218

::

Cheryl Stelte: And this is what you can do. This is what we can work together, and help you through this, and then you'll know how to do it all for the rest of your life, or even just a chakra reading, and…

219

::

Cheryl Stelte: It's a matter of, yes, I am the spotlight, here's what's happening, and people just say, wow, that was so validating, amazing, amazing.

220

::

Cheryl Stelte: And,

221

::

Cheryl Stelte: it's… it's not just to see how your chakras are spinning. I don't believe the chakras spin. They don't look like what they look… see online in the pictures, they are energy centers, energy, it's… it's flow, it's…

222

::

Cheryl Stelte: Thousands of energy pathways.

223

::

Cheryl Stelte: And, and, multifaceted, multifaceted…

224

::

Cheryl Stelte: I'm so grateful to be able to provide that service, because it is a state of being, and when I do it, when I do my readings, I become you.

225

::

Cheryl Stelte: So I'm looking at you inside me, as you.

226

::

Cheryl Stelte: And… There is no separation.

227

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.

228

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And it… It's… it's so powerful.

229

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: To have someone do that for you.

230

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So that… And it is validating. And you know, you have all the answers, because we're all divine.

231

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But it's hard to see them, or to… To say yes.

232

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: for yourself.

233

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Because we… we're also beings that question ourselves.

234

::

Cheryl Stelte: We all need each other, even I! You know, I can read everybody else, and reading myself, I can see certain things. But if I want a full reading, I go to one of my previous clients. There's one in particular, like.

235

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Can you just do a reading on me, please?

236

::

Cheryl Stelte: Can we do a trade? And, yeah, because we all need each other to think that we're totally independent and isolated and on our own. It's not how we're designed.

237

::

Cheryl Stelte: Yeah. And so let's… we can all move into this presence and being… going inward.

238

::

Cheryl Stelte: Helps us all that we can move into unity consciousness.

239

::

Cheryl Stelte: Disney.

240

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love this

241

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So, how do you work with people? Is it one-on-one? Is it community? How does all that look?

242

::

Cheryl Stelte: Yes, my… primarily, it's one-on-one, and the reason I do that initially is I really like to go deep.

243

::

Cheryl Stelte: And then the groups… you know, I used to do groups, because we're taught as coaches.

244

::

Cheryl Stelte: Groups is where you make your money, you're… you're gonna make more money, you can serve more people, well, you can't really go quite as deep. So I've been there, done that. So any of my group programs, I always have one-on-one time, but initially, when people…

245

::

Cheryl Stelte: first start working with me, it's 10 solid weeks. I hold them in a container, I hold you in a container, and then we do a final chakra reading at the end to let you know how much progress you've made, and then I'll give you some homework practices, you know, get you headed in the right direction.

246

::

Cheryl Stelte: And those are always recorded. And then after that, I have more advanced programs. There's so much, more that we can do together in groups, even if people prefer individual. And then I do some, other, sort of.

247

::

Cheryl Stelte: group things occasionally, like group energy healings, group readings, that sort of thing. I'll do them periodically. But it really is one-on-one.

248

::

Cheryl Stelte: Because, to me, it's all about going deep and focusing on you, and we are collaborating, we're working together, and you really are learning to become your own energy worker. You are learning to see yourself differently, to continue to do this work, so that

249

::

Cheryl Stelte: You keep growing and evolving and becoming who you truly are.

250

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So if mindset isn't the missing piece and effort isn't the problem, what actually allows clarity, alignment, and forward movement to return once deeper, energetic roots are healed?

251

::

Cheryl Stelte: it's… you… you become more of who you truly are. It's… it's access… it's… We need to clear.

252

::

Cheryl Stelte: What we signed up to endure, our wounds, our traumas, we need to clear all those out of the subconscious, and it's the empowerment, it's accessing all the deeper truths within you, and that's what's so exciting about the work I do. It's accessing these deeper truths

253

::

Cheryl Stelte: That you would have never imagined in a million years. So, I always ask people after we've worked together, did you ever imagine you would become the person you are now? And they always say, no, I could never imagine this. Some people even say.

254

::

Cheryl Stelte: is it really gonna be this good? Like, is this… but it is that accessing the truth, and that will always lead people in new directions.

255

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that. So, how can people reach out to you?

256

::

Cheryl Stelte: The best way is sign up for the free meditation. So there's 3 meditations, so I invite you to just click that link, and then you will be on my email list, and you can contact me that way. That is the easiest way. You can find me on social media, I'm really on Instagram, and…

257

::
