When You Finally See What’s Blocking Your Authenticity (with Rev. Shaun Grant)

What happens in that exact moment when you finally see what’s been blocking your authenticity—when the masks, the money stories, the people-pleasing, and the separation from God all come into focus? And more importantly… what do you do next?

In this deeply honest and heart-opening episode, Rev. Shaun Grant shares how walking through his own “valley of the shadow of death”—including seasons of self-hatred, suicidal thoughts, and feeling completely unworthy—became the doorway to divine love, embodiment, and true authenticity.

We explore how so many of us use money, success, and external validation as a mask for unmet needs for love and worth… and how everything begins to shift when you realize that the Universe has only ever been trying to love you back into wholeness.

In this conversation, you’ll hear us dive into:

  • Why the biggest impact you can have on the world starts with being your most authentic self
  • How masks like “money,” “success,” or “identity labels” hide deeper wounds around love and worth
  • The illusion of separation and the Law of Oneness (and what that means for how we treat each other)
  • How to navigate the darkest valleys without losing yourself
  • What to actually do when you finally see what’s been blocking your authenticity
  • The core message behind Shaun’s book, The Universe Loves You, and how the Universe is always guiding you back to unconditional love and balance

6

Shaun Grant: Thank you so much for having me. I'm excited to be here, and excited to share in the magic that is ready to unfold between me and you and our conversation. So, thank you again for having me.

7

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that, I love that. So, let's ask you the big question. What's the most significant thing, in your opinion, as individuals we can do to make an impact on how the world is going?

8

::

Shaun Grant: Okay… I think the most significant thing we can do, honestly, is…

9

::

Shaun Grant: be the most authentic version of ourselves that God has created us to be. I've always said that.

10

::

Shaun Grant: our greatest gift back to God is being…

11

::

Shaun Grant: basically encompassing and embodying every single thing that has been placed within us. And Carl Jung spoke about making the unconscious conscious.

12

::

Shaun Grant: And that means just accepting everything and figuring out, okay, how can I use that to offer back, you know, the creative expression, or…

13

::

Shaun Grant: Rather, offer back what God has blessed me with in the form of creative expression. So, I think the biggest thing you can do is just be yourself 100%.

14

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that. Just the old saying, if you won't be you, who will?

15

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah, exactly. Or you'll be somebody else. Yeah, I've always found, you know, if you… if you can't…

16

::

Shaun Grant: Discover the power within you to be yourself, then somebody else will choose for you, and you'll find

17

::

Shaun Grant: You're following to their tune, as opposed to your own, so…

18

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that we're reaching a…

19

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: point in society where we're… we're allowing people to just be themselves. The whole boundaries thing, I love that movement. It's not about saying.

20

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: cutting people out. It's allowing people to move away from you because they don't resonate with you, and they're… they're making cacophony in a space that should be harmonious.

21

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And it's… it doesn't say anything about them?

22

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Or you, it's just that you don't sound good together.

23

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. And you're not gonna make that…

24

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: place where you're together special for everybody else in the environment. And, you know, just…

25

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: instead of trying to just be the same vanilla flavor for everybody, you know, peppermint's nice. Some people like peppermint, not everybody. Yeah. But, you know, some people like mocha, some people like pistachio.

26

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You'd…

27

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it doesn't have to be the same for everyone, and that's, I think, what makes life so beautiful, is that we're all so very different, and we're all blessed with amazing gifts!

28

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And if we just would get out of the way and stop judging people for being something they're not, they weren't created to be, and just appreciated them for the way that they are. That's, like, that's my mission in life.

29

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah, no, I love that, and I agree with that totally. Like, it's not about being uniform. Like, we weren't created to be carbon copies of each other. We're created

30

::

Shaun Grant: To have some of the same feelings and same experiences to sort of help and aid and empower each other, but everybody has a different path, and, you know.

31

::

Shaun Grant: You do yourself justice in the world by doing everything you can to follow yours to a T.

32

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So you guide people into discovering their divine authenticity. When someone first comes to you, what do you notice they're usually struggling with the most?

33

::

Shaun Grant: Well, so, that's a very good question. It's usually a mask, right? And so, masks can be money.

34

::

Shaun Grant: Right? Seeking money to fulfill a void or a hole that the soul has either come into this life with or developed over, the time period of their life. Or it's just…

35

::

Shaun Grant: being inundated in the idea or the illusion of separation. And what I mean separation, just being separated from source, separated from, from God in the sense that you're just…

36

::

Shaun Grant: Not really unsure…

37

::

Shaun Grant: of what your path can be, and who you are in that divine source. So, you just… you kind of need that guidance. But once we kind of take away the mass, once we kind of take away the…

38

::

Shaun Grant: I guess the false reasoning for why something… why the divine authenticity is not being embraced, then we can get really down to the deepest topic, and pretty much almost every single time.

39

::

Shaun Grant: it comes back to love, right? Self-love, divine love, love of source, being able to embody that, and then express it out to the rest of the world.

40

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That is so profound.

41

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It took me so many years, decades, because most people, I think, look for love outside of themselves, and they're presented with faith in the…

42

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: in the parameters of, you need to have this person love you. Like, Jesus needs to love you, or you're not worthy. And that's not it.

43

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah.

44

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Have you realized that you are…

45

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And this is all throughout the Bible. You are supposed to be the embodiment of God. You're His hands, its hands, its legs, its mouth, its heart.

46

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And it's as you're expressing it through you into the world, that's how you make the love of God available to everyone.

47

::

Shaun Grant: Absolutely.

48

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It starts with understanding that you ARE that love.

49

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah. It's… it's…

50

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.

51

::

Shaun Grant: I totally agree, and I love using the word embodiment.

52

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Because…

53

::

Shaun Grant: Immediately, it takes you away from the idea

54

::

Shaun Grant: Of having to go outside of yourself.

55

::

Shaun Grant: For something. There's a famous quote, I don't know, I think it's anonymous, but it says that.

56

::

Shaun Grant: God placed His essence in the one place where we wouldn't look to find first.

57

::

Shaun Grant: And it would be inside of us, right? We look for it in money, we look for it in success, we look for it in fame, we look for it in relationships, we look for it in all these things outside of us, only to have them drive us back to where?

58

::

Shaun Grant: internally, where the essence and presence of God has been there the entire time, and so it's a remarkable thing once you are able to discover that truth, and then begin to have it sort of just…

59

::

Shaun Grant: Emanate into the rest of your life.

60

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, it takes all the stress off. Not just yourself, but other people that you're with, because you can just enjoy other people's company and other people's gifts without having to judge it for anything, or to label it, you know, that person's good, that person's bad. You know, everybody can just be…

61

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, yeah, absolutely. I have to have a label after that.

62

::

Shaun Grant: you know, you make a great point, because it reminds me of the Law of Oneness, also called the Law of Unity, and it's just an understanding that we're all

63

::

Shaun Grant: same entities of the exact same expression. So we're connected, and a lot of the work that I do is mending that separation, because the material world is the illusion that we're separated, when in actual fact that we're all, if you go down to the deeper spiritual and energetic level.

64

::

Shaun Grant: We're all connected, we're all one, we're all the same person, just different facets of it.

65

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We don't… this is gonna be way out there, but they don't actually even exist. Reality is created, like…

66

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Trillions of times a second.

67

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah.

68

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We're… we're like a video movie.

69

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know how it's really just still frames, it's just moving so fast, it gives you the illusion of action.

70

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah. It's…

71

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So… Like, nothing… nothing really matters.

72

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah, yeah. I love that analogy.

73

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.

74

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So, your approach to… is rooted in divine truth and deep soul understanding. How did that path unfold for you personally?

75

::

Shaun Grant: Hell.

76

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You went through it?

77

::

Shaun Grant: Going through a lot of hell.

78

::

Shaun Grant: You know, I… I'm so grateful and appreciative for the experiences that I had, but…

79

::

Shaun Grant: When they are unfolding, It can be…

80

::

Shaun Grant: Some of the loneliest, desolate, desperate, experiences…

81

::

Shaun Grant: you can ever encounter, but I feel like it's… It's those type of experiences That give you no choice.

82

::

Shaun Grant: But to dive within yourself.

83

::

Shaun Grant: And so… Actually, there is another choice, and I… I've… I've been there.

84

::

Shaun Grant: you know, a number of times is where, you know, you either have the choice to dive within to find that truth, that divine truth, or you can take your own life. You can commit suicide. And so I've struggled with suicide on multiple occasions, and I'm happy to say that because it doesn't get much darker than that.

85

::

Shaun Grant: But once you can kind of…

86

::

Shaun Grant: move through and embrace that reality for what it is, and for me, it was self-hatred.

87

::

Shaun Grant: You can begin to love yourself.

88

::

Shaun Grant: not with just, you know, human-type love, but that divine love begins to pour into you because you realize, okay, if I am hating myself, I'm actually hating the divine, I'm actually hating God, which I never want to do, and so it just sort of alleviates that, and then I… for me, I just kind of found my way working

89

::

Shaun Grant: Back up to a space where… It was just… The idea of…

90

::

Shaun Grant: Being able to just go through something.

91

::

Shaun Grant: so traumatic, and so tragic in so many ways. It actually was a… was a… was a guidepost.

92

::

Shaun Grant: it was almost the beginning of discovering that divine love, so to speak. And so, you know, just…

93

::

Shaun Grant: all types of different hell, like, just hellish experiences, being outcasted, being betrayed, being looked at as inadequate, and all these things, they all drove me internally, until the point where I was just completely broken, and I said, okay, like.

94

::

Shaun Grant: I'm giving it all I got to the divine, let's see what happens. And then that's when that… that rainbow comes after the storm, and you're… you're just building yourself back up on that premise, on that foundation.

95

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's a beautiful… it's a beautiful thing on the other side, but I just…

96

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know, the valley of the shadow of death?

97

::

Shaun Grant: Yes.

98

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's a real place!

99

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah.

100

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah.

101

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And… and so many people die in it.

102

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah.

103

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know? Yeah, exactly. And the more that, society pushes people to be.

104

::

Shaun Grant: One way or the other, you have to, like…

105

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: have an identity, a labeled identity, and embrace all those things. That means you're this, and everybody else is that.

106

::

Shaun Grant: Right.

107

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: when you start getting into that mentality, and, you know, the way the world is right now, it… it wants us to be in… in that… in that valley. It's like, they want…

108

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: the demise of as many humans as possible, it seems like, from my perspective, but… but even those people are connected to us. They exist for a reason, and we can't just, like.

109

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: hate on them, because… That's… That's a part of ourselves, too.

110

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah.

111

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We can understand, and we can work really hard to shed light on this other area that's, like.

112

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You can be you.

113

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You don't have to take those labels on. You don't have to look to others for validation for who you are, your purpose for being. The fact that you're drawing breath makes you very special. You're alive. Yeah. And we need you!

114

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah, absolutely. You know, Jill, you make a great point. I, over the years, have just been fascinated

115

::

Shaun Grant: by the afterlife, and I found, you know, found myself really diving into near-death experiences. And the one thing that I noticed with

116

::

Shaun Grant: Pretty much every near-death experience is when they get to the other side and they do the life review.

117

::

Shaun Grant: How did you love the rest of the world? How did you love the people around you?

118

::

Shaun Grant: And it's not in a judgmental sense, but it seems like, okay.

119

::

Shaun Grant: That's what's most important. How did you love?

120

::

Shaun Grant: while you were here on Earth.

121

::

Shaun Grant: And it really kind of, for me.

122

::

Shaun Grant: Years ago really helped me to understand, like, okay.

123

::

Shaun Grant: what you have is great, but what you do with what you have is what really matters, and that's what really matters on, you know, when you start to get to these higher frequencies of divinity and all, and just… how did you love when you had the opportunity?

124

::

Shaun Grant: And so, that really kind of puts things in perspective, because… that really…

125

::

Shaun Grant: It needs to be the guiding force, in my opinion, of everything that we do as far as, okay, how can we express this love?

126

::

Shaun Grant: Through the most authentic version of ourselves.

127

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think if you look at the spiritual

128

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: leaders out there, you know, the Gandhis of the world, and the Mother Teresas, and.

129

::

Shaun Grant: Of course, Jesus and Buddha and all those people, but…

130

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Everyday people that don't… It… it… you… it's like we evolve through these paths in our lives, where…

131

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know, first we need love, and we need…

132

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Money, because for some of us, it's like, you know, money represents…

133

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And I think we're taught this. Money represents love.

134

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: in a lot of people's minds. Look, if I have a lot of money, I must be loved. But that's not true. Yeah. The people that are really spiritual out there, they're almost universally… we would consider them

135

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Poor, but they… they move!

136

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: like.

137

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: energy in a way that… and money is just energy. They move energy in a way that's just, like, transformational.

138

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And… and with words, and they get movements happening, and that's how the world changes, and that's how… how love…

139

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Gets pushed into the world, and… and people feel appreciated.

140

::

Shaun Grant: And I think love and appreciation kind of go hand in hand in some ways. We need to feel like we're significant.

141

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Rather than, you know, when you buy into the, you don't mean anything, it's really easy to fall into despair, and despair, you know, leads into, like, suicidal thoughts. It's what's the… what's the purpose?

142

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah.

143

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and then…

144

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think hell was invented to scare people from committing suicide, because they were just so miserable, and if you do that, then you have no chance.

145

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah, exactly, exactly. There's an African proverb that says, if there's no enemy within, there can be no enemy without.

146

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And so it's, you know, it's law of correspondence, as within, so without, as in thought, so in manifestation.

147

::

Shaun Grant: But it's… it's… it's interesting, because…

148

::

Shaun Grant: you know, how you mentioned with money, and I think… I think, well, before that.

149

::

Shaun Grant: you get to a place, I think, on a spiritual path, where… You become rich in spirit.

150

::

Shaun Grant: And what that means is, is sh… Because…

151

::

Shaun Grant: the true essence and presence of God, of the divine.

152

::

Shaun Grant: Has that ability to just fill you up.

153

::

Shaun Grant: You know, reminds you of your wholeness and completeness, and just… all that fulfillment.

154

::

Shaun Grant: You tend to not need anything outside of yourself anymore.

155

::

Shaun Grant: And, you know, I've taught for many years,

156

::

Shaun Grant: along the lines of with money is helping people heal their money trauma, is you always find that it's some aspect of love

157

::

Shaun Grant: That's masking the desire for money. And I speak from, you know, experience.

158

::

Shaun Grant: I wanted money to feel worthy. I wanted money to feel seen.

159

::

Shaun Grant: All love. I didn't get those as a child, so… you know what? I'm gonna get rich, have a whole lot of money, you guys will see me, you'll love me, you'll look at me as being worthy.

160

::

Shaun Grant: And then I lost all the money, and then I had to realize, okay, this is not what I really want. What I really want is to feel

161

::

Shaun Grant: self-worth within, which comes from the essence of God, and also to just be… to understand that I'm loved, whether I have a penny or whether I have $2 million, it doesn't make a difference. That love is always there, and it's there for eternity.

162

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That pivoted.

163

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's like, well, that's it.

164

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I know you help people,

165

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: How can they work with you? And what kind of work… do you work one-on-one? Do you work in groups?

166

::

Shaun Grant: How does that work? How does that work? Yeah, we'll do one-on-one. You can, get in contact with me through email, or social media, either one of those works. But, but yeah, it's a one-on-one dive into…

167

::

Shaun Grant: just kind of…

168

::

Shaun Grant: seeing what's there, and from a psychic standpoint, I can pick up where people are just by where their conversation leads, because…

169

::

Shaun Grant: how you speak really tells about what's lying, you know, in the subconscious for you, and in the deeper, you know, soul levels of intelligence. So, we ultimately just dive into that, and then we just begin to break it down as much as we need.

170

::

Shaun Grant: Once we've sort of kind of mended that separation, whatever, you know, the topic is that we're working on, then we can move into,

171

::

Shaun Grant: Visualization and meditation. And for me, in teaching meditation, it's important to know

172

::

Shaun Grant: You're not trying to get anything by meditating, but you're just experiencing divine presence.

173

::

Shaun Grant: And divine peace. And you're just allowing that

174

::

Shaun Grant: Not even to come to you, but to come up.

175

::

Shaun Grant: From within you, because it's there, and we only have to recognize and acknowledge it, and then when we do.

176

::

Shaun Grant: We start to see… Really, the importance… the strong importance of everything else sort of diminish.

177

::

Shaun Grant: And we get to feel that love we've been talking about, that security that says, you know what, like.

178

::

Shaun Grant: It's not that I want to, but if I didn't have all this stuff.

179

::

Shaun Grant: I could still love, appreciate, and accept myself 100%.

180

::

Shaun Grant: And then what happens from there? You get all the stuff, because…

181

::

Shaun Grant: you don't need it, right? The most important thing is the important thing, and so it draws everything in from that point on.

182

::

Shaun Grant: I had a friend come into my life many years ago, and I promise you, the only reason she was in my life was to.

183

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: to tell me this quote, and she told it to me so often, and… and she moved out of my life. She was in my life for, like, maybe a year.

184

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah. And…

185

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and then… then she moved back to Hawaii, and then she passed. But…

186

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Her quote that she gave me was, be still and know that I am God.

187

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Which is the essence of what you're talking about. That's all meditation is, is be still!

188

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, yeah. It's in the stillness, in this small, quiet, small voice. It's not… Yeah.

189

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: God doesn't roar.

190

::

Shaun Grant: Exactly.

191

::

Shaun Grant: Whispers.

192

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: He whispers. He whispers to you all the time.

193

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah. And…

194

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: In the trees, in nature, in…

195

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The hug of your grandkid, whatever. Just, like… It's always there.

196

::

Shaun Grant: I love it. I love the quote, also, if,

197

::

Shaun Grant: If God is everything, how can I lack anything?

198

::

Shaun Grant: And it just speaks to the omnipresence.

199

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Huh? Bye.

200

::

Shaun Grant: wherever God is, wherever the essence, which is in everything.

201

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There can be no lack.

202

::

Shaun Grant: There can be no, no, no struggle when you're really…

203

::

Shaun Grant: Kind of zeroed in on that, and… and…

204

::

Shaun Grant: it just makes all the difference. It really kind of peels away The… the struggle and the…

205

::

Shaun Grant: The forcing and the seeming obstacles, it just…

206

::

Shaun Grant: I think it gives you this vision, this divine vision first.

207

::

Shaun Grant: And then from there, you can kind of see things for the truth that they are, and that's when the real magic starts to unfold, in my opinion.

208

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, yeah.

209

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So, at the start of the conversation, we open the loop around the real transformation that happens once somebody finally sees what's blocking their authenticity, so let's close it. When that moment hits, when they finally see it, what should they do next?

210

::

Shaun Grant: sit with it. I think…

211

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: When you, when you see it come in.

212

::

Shaun Grant: And you see it start to really unfold, the most important thing is to enjoy it.

213

::

Shaun Grant: And enjoy it with a deep… as deep sense of gratitude as much as you possibly can, because…

214

::

Shaun Grant: It's really a moment where you can take a mo- you can take a second to look back.

215

::

Shaun Grant: And see that every single thing you've been… every single thing you've encountered on your journey has led you to this moment.

216

::

Shaun Grant: And it's just…

217

::

Shaun Grant: it's true nirvana, and for lack of better words or terminology, I think you embrace it, and then you…

218

::

Shaun Grant: As you're sitting still with it.

219

::

Shaun Grant: Open your ears, open your spirit, open your mind, and listen to your intuitive guidance to see what's next, because…

220

::

Shaun Grant: at that point, spirit, you know, is always gonna guide you to whatever is in your highest alignment, and whatever's in your highest divine timeline. So, I think sit with gratitude.

221

::

Shaun Grant: Embrace it, appreciate it, and then listen for guidance from that point on, and just line upon line, precept upon precept, one step at a time, you can't go wrong.

222

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, the universe always rises to me if you just step out and say.

223

::

Shaun Grant: Yes, yes.

224

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And sometimes you just get pleasantly surprised.

225

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It may not even be pleasantly surprised, but you will be surprised from time to time. You may think something is going to turn out away. Yeah.

226

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But the gift is in appreciating the way that it does turn out.

227

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And being able to move through it with gratitude. No matter how you're experiencing it, you get something out of it.

228

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.

229

::

Shaun Grant: experience with nothing else. Yeah, yeah, and you always know what's working for you, and I think that helps a tremendous amount to… to really just…

230

::

Shaun Grant: have the right perspective, because it's always helping. It's either blessing you, or showing you

231

::

Shaun Grant: Something that you can improve upon.

232

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But still, it's always in love. That intelligence is always working.

233

::

Shaun Grant: Through love and balance.

234

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And this brings us right to the name of your book, which is The Universe Loves You. Talk a little bit about that?

235

::

Shaun Grant: Which is actually exactly what that book is about. So,

236

::

Shaun Grant: That book was written by… co-written by me and my wife, and it kind of got sparked off by…

237

::

Shaun Grant: Einstein, you know, he says you have to decide whether you live in a friendly universe or otherwise. And we've always had the experience of…

238

::

Shaun Grant: Being in a universe that's just completely predicated on Infinite Intelligence being…

239

::

Shaun Grant: innumerable acts of love. And if you look around in every single thing, you can see that harmony working, and then when it's disrupted, you can see the exact opposite. So, this book is kind of a culmination of showing people why you're so loved by the universe, and it talks about…

240

::

Shaun Grant: to… Two main objectives that the universe has with every single situation that you're in, and that is…

241

::

Shaun Grant: it wants… I guess, to achieve unconditional love, and also balance.

242

::

Shaun Grant: If you look at life, you can really see unconditional love and balance working in everything, and whenever something's out of balance, what does the universe do?

243

::

Shaun Grant: restores it back to balance. And so we've…

244

::

Shaun Grant: Written that to really show people that, you know, you can expect

245

::

Shaun Grant: great things, not from the outside necessarily, but just from the starting point of the divine perspective that, you know what? I am loved in an unconditional way tremendously, and I'm being led to what balances me, and balance then becomes a true source of happiness, because I'm not…

246

::

Shaun Grant: too far to the left, or too far to the right, or too far up, or down. I'm centered right where I need to be, and that's due in large part to the universe's love of always, always, always giving me everything

247

::

Shaun Grant: that I need to reach my highest potential and live in my highest timeline.

248

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that. It reminds me that a lot of people think that the opposite of love is hate.

249

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah. But it's not, it's apathy. Mmm.

250

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And there is no apathy in the universe.

251

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: only love.

252

::

Shaun Grant: Yeah.

253

::

Shaun Grant: Absolutely, I agree.

254

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So, people can find you on Linktree right now?

255
