2
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Today we are chatting with Christian Elliott, Christian is an author, podcaster coach and the owner of Holistic Health
3
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Coaching Company, true, whole human and co-owner of healing united. And he's here to talk to us mostly about what he's doing over there with healing united. It's gonna be amazing welcome to the show Christian.
4
::Christian Elliot: Thank you, Jill. I hope I can live up to the introduction now.
5
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I'm sure you will, because I know we're going to be talking about some really powerful things here. So I'm going to ask you the big question, are you ready.
6
::Christian Elliot: Go for it.
7
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay, what's the most significant thing in your opinion, as individuals, we can do to make an impact on how the world is going.
8
::Christian Elliot: Oh, man, I will kind of shape my comments to the health lane for now. But I would say, speak up and learn about the problem of toxicity, and that I start to open your eyes to that as the root cause of so much of the illness we have today. And so the upstream, and you could broaden it beyond chemical and heavy metal and such you could think mental, emotional, spiritual, and even microbial toxicity.
9
::Christian Elliot: That is why we are so sick, and if we are unafraid to talk about it or face that problem, we will continue to get the health results that we have now. So that is the biggest thing to focus on. In my opinion.
10
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Absolutely. Okay. We can be done just kidding.
11
::Christian Elliot: And this mic drop.
12
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You you really do help people detox from all of the things out there. But how do you think we got to this place?
13
::Christian Elliot: Oh, man! Well, there's there's a you know, a there's gaps in our awareness of the problems we were created. And then there's malice. There's greed, and there is longstanding, probably 100 plus year old systems that were monopolistic in their intent, set up on
14
::Christian Elliot: making as much money and then controlling as many things as possible for this insatiable desire to always have more, whether it's money or power. And so those systems are kind of coming to the end of their life cycle, and we are the fruit, our physical bodies. If you could go to the beach or the Mall or the airport, you'll see what we look like. It's not pretty.
15
::Christian Elliot: and that shift from what we used to look like, we were all fairly healthy and at a reasonably good weight is just not the situation anymore. So that started a long time ago through various systems of food production of healthcare. Those are the 2 big ones in particular, but the chemical industry, more broadly, has sprinkled its way into food and medicine and cosmetics and everything else, and it's a slow erosion of our health over many decades
16
::Christian Elliot: where we are just finally hit the opposite direction of life expectancy, and that disease burden that was an inevitable result of those systems is finally here, and the biggest one, maybe that's a bellwether is autism. If you just look at the dramatic increase, it was one in 10,000 in the late 19 seventies. Now it's 1 out of double digits depending on where you live in most of the Us. That's appalling.
17
::Christian Elliot: and the bill's going to come to you by 2050. It would be like one out of 2 of us
18
::Christian Elliot: are autistic.
19
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Growth rates are going way.
20
::Christian Elliot: Down significantly correct. So we have to face that.
21
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, because at some point it's gonna be 50 50. And then you're just gonna have people that really
22
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: aren't not to disparage people with autism.
23
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But they don't. They don't have the mechanisms to to function on their own. A lot of cases they need caretakers, and
24
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: just by the law of attrition. You're going to reach a point where they're not going to be any caretakers for these people.
25
::Christian Elliot: Right. If you just play the statistics, if you just boring math and just look at where it's going on that trajectory, you're either autistic. Or you're caring for someone autistic by roughly 2050, we have to change that. And unless we get our head around what's creating it and make some big changes. That trend isn't going to slow down. So it's on us who can see the problem, to speak up and start to do something about it, because that's how you just crash a society and and
26
::Christian Elliot: you have to start over.
27
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. And it's not like, just in one country. It's.
28
::Christian Elliot: No, it's anywhere. We have exported the biggest problem contributing to this. And we can talk about that topic if you like to.
29
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, let's dive right in.
30
::Christian Elliot: Yeah, okay, well, so for a lot of people, this is hard to hear. And I do not say this without an appreciation for the emotional reverberation of some really uncomfortable news. But the biggest contributor to this. So depending on where this is aired, you might have to take this down. But is the liability free poison shots that we have been giving kids for decades and decades. And there's a definitive study that showed that that is the number one factor
31
::Christian Elliot: in why there is so much autism today. Bar none, nothing else explains it remotely. Yes, we have other toxicity that we are dealing with, which just clog up our detox pathways even more, and, you know, depending on the child. Their pathways may or may not be open, but that is why it's happening, and if we can face that, we can have honest conversations, we can
32
::Christian Elliot: kind of get past the whether it's the guilt or whether it is the anger, or whether it is the
33
::Christian Elliot: shame, whatever it is, and just start to say, well, that happened.
34
::Christian Elliot: Now, what what can I do from here? And it's it's a delight for me to do my best to kindly help point that out, and then just not just be like sorry good luck, but to have solutions for people who are working at trying to overcome. You know whether it's that, whether it's autism or whether it's any number of major diseases, it's the same root problem. You're not sick, you're toxic, and your your body's purging systems are clogged. You can't offload the stress, and it is corroding you from the inside out.
35
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And people always come up with. Well, people that I know when I start talking about these sorts of things come up and say, What about polio.
36
::Christian Elliot: That's an easy one if you once you study it. But yeah.
37
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It is an easy one once you study it, but.
38
::Christian Elliot: Yeah. Do you want me to pick that one apart for a second.
39
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yes, go ahead!
40
::Christian Elliot: Yeah. Okay. Well, there's a great book, the moth in the Iron Lung. If you want to go, look that up. But that reviews the history of it sounds he's unbelievable. Actually, so in the late 18 hundreds there were like locusts or
41
::Christian Elliot: biting fly epidemics. And so what they figured out was heavy. Metals are really good
42
::Christian Elliot: at killing those guys. And so this became part of insecticides. They put it on fruit. They wrote songs about it and passed legislation, you had to use it. And it was celebrated as this great way to create insecticides. Essentially so, we're spraying heavy metals all over everything, killing these insects, realizing eventually. Oh, this is a problem like people. If you heard the phrase, mad as a hatter, people would literally go mad because they had the people making the hats played with mercury all day. They would get sick and they would go loony.
43
::Christian Elliot: And so it started to become aware that pesticides were a problem. And so that
44
::Christian Elliot: there's a lot in this book that history that I'm talking about is in that book, the moth and the iron Lung. If you want to look it up. But the short version is, we had poisoned ourselves into what became called polio, and you can fast forward to Ddt. And find the same thing when we stopped poisoning ourselves the 1st time the 1st wave of polio ended. When we stopped using Ddt. The second time
45
::Christian Elliot: polio ended, and even just the way the numbers are skewed or talked about now they have. Non polio is a fun way to just say it's like polio, but it's not polio, but it is polio, and they just play with language to try to cover up what's really happening. So I would encourage you to look at that. But the short version of polio is that there are 2 major episodes of public poisoning, that when the poisoning was stopped, polio in a way. And then the polio shots come in, similar to most every other
46
::Christian Elliot: vaccine that it was introduced after the infectious disease burden had basically become what it is today. It's just become flatlined of refrigeration and sanitation and plumbing
47
::Christian Elliot: that got rid of all the infectious disease and the unsanitary environments is why the numbers plummeted, and then vaccines come in as the Savior at the end, and the narrative is, they are what did it? They are what eradicated polio, so you could look at turtles all the way down, you could look at dissolving illusions, or you could look at the moth and the iron lung and get the real history behind these shots. And it's just it's ugly, uncomfortable to see it. And then you're just like Gosh! That's
48
::Christian Elliot: that's what people in power want you to believe, and have wanted you to believe for a long time.
49
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And they're paid for. Their propaganda is real.
50
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Let's just start there, and it's paid for by your apparently tax dollars.
51
::Christian Elliot: Well, yeah, that was the Smith-mont act as Obama freed that freed the
52
::Christian Elliot: intelligence agencies up to target propaganda at the Us. Population. Hello, Covid like that was not an accident. And some of these plans it just. It's gradualism is the way these psychopaths work of just infiltrating and adding more and more control, and corralling us into tighter and tighter boxes, or just making up narratives and pretty much everything. I don't know that anyone currently trusts the mainstream media. I recently asked that, and I was given a talk publicly like, Is there anyone here that thinks the media does not lie to us?
53
::Christian Elliot: Nobody raised their hand like, we're all aware that we're just being gaslit and lied to all day. It's just it's the smoke and mirrors trying to figure out what's actually real. But what if it's on there? I can just trust it. Once in a while they'll do like a limited hangout. So a little bit of truth just to make you think. Oh, maybe they're really telling me the truth most of the time. No, they're not almost all of it's a lie. And once that clicks.
54
::Christian Elliot: you just stop seeing this puppet theater of Disney world that's really like everything is awesome or everything is simple, good guy, bad guy narratives that they paint for us. Bad virus. You sick like that's follow the science, whatever that is. Trademarked version. So yeah, once, yeah, once the spell of media is.
55
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Science is settled. I love.
56
::Christian Elliot: That one like? Is it.
57
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Sign.
58
::Christian Elliot: It's never upset.
59
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Settled right.
60
::Christian Elliot: It's an oxymoron. Fauci is not the science, by the way, for anybody that did not know that. But yeah, that's just a.
61
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Ties into grass, or.
62
::Christian Elliot: Propaganda is real.
63
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Bill Nye, the science guy, yeah, who has neither has science guy.
64
::Christian Elliot: No, he's he's propped up. There's so many people that you just go back. And I just read a great series of substack called engineering reality. And it's just like they have been good. At this.
65
::Christian Elliot: They realized television media newspapers, celebrities.
66
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Programming for a reason.
67
::Christian Elliot: Yeah, it's just there. It's hard to swallow that those in power wish us harm. But once that once you can metabolize that like, that's really people in power might might not like me, or might not care about me. They're indifferent to my suffering. Yes, and sometimes they like to profit from it and laugh all the way to the bank. And okay, let's just at least be honest about that.
68
::Christian Elliot: And if we can.
69
::Christian Elliot: we can face it, and and we can do something about it like, have a podcast and talk about it.
70
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, or you know, come and see you. And and if you've
71
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: participated in the charade, and we all have, you know.
72
::Christian Elliot: Every one of us.
73
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It. It's really hard not to be part of it at some point, but at
74
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it again at some point you wake up and you realize, hey?
75
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Maybe there's something I could do to make myself feel better and not have to participate in these these ridiculous games that they're playing out there, and you know the whole insurance thing. Another scam.
76
::Christian Elliot: Majorly wasteful, shocking like the numbers can't be that big. No, they are.
77
::Christian Elliot: It's amazing. Yeah. But you're you're right over the target. And once it clicks that. Okay, that's how the world works you.
78
::Christian Elliot: There's a there's a wave like. When I 1st kind of had my giant awakening, it was like you have a pit in your stomach. You just feel depressed. You can't face the world. And then eventually.
79
::Christian Elliot: you're like, Well, I'm still here. I guess I could make something of myself. And and you're you're almost desensitized to the theater. It's all Kabuki, and you start to find the voices. You can trust the people who speak truth, you find the things that resonate. You're like, oh, that's yeah. It makes sense that
80
::Christian Elliot: health is about
81
::Christian Elliot: unburdening and purifying myself and nourishing like, it's not super complicated here, and you just don't get distracted by the shiny objects in theater. So yeah, there's there's much we could talk about in that realm, if you want.
82
::Christian Elliot: is taking personal responsibility for your health instead of manage it for you.
83
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Instead of thinking, Oh, I can! You know my, my! Whatchamacallit doesn't hurt or hurts today, so I think I'll go ask somebody else's opinion about it. You're really better off looking at the Internet, even though they'll tell you.
84
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Oh, my God, don't do that!
85
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Great! Well be empowered.
86
::Christian Elliot: Even that reaction, even this scenario you're talking about was intentionally fostered. The whole idea of experts, and the medical system in particular, does such a good job at capturing key words as their exclusive property cure, treat, prevent, ameliorate, mitigate, trust, science, follow science.
87
::Christian Elliot: follow the money, and be better. But that set of linguistic handcuffs. The rest of us are in this idea that I didn't go to medical school. How would I know about how to manage my own health. That was intentional. They've made us fearful of the air we breathe. They've made us fearful to take a risk on anything, because something bad might happen, and we just have to like.
88
::Christian Elliot: If from a place of fear, we will just defer to an expert. Well, and we see where that leads us. Now we can look at the body of evidence or the giant statistics of where we are with our health and say, this expert thing's not working out
89
::Christian Elliot: to your point. We are going to have to take charge of our own health, but it starts with
90
::Christian Elliot: seeing it and then developing a little bit of confidence to just try things and find your own way and realize health is not about one thing. Health is about a lot of things. There's no riches can be found in niches, but health can't.
91
::Christian Elliot: So you don't need a specialist. I now call them partialists. Look at a tiny part of the problem, pretending they have a special answer to this very complicated problem. That's like the government curing crime.
92
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: One piece.
93
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: If you if you just fix the one piece, it's not gonna affect everything else.
94
::Christian Elliot: Right, as if all your body systems work independently of each other, or.
95
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Right.
96
::Christian Elliot: All you need was a stand back. Everyone vitamin D is here, and we've got this like. That's not how any of this works, and it just takes being able to see that the Emperor has no clothes. They've been lying to me this whole time. They don't have answers. They have different ways to extract life, force, and money from me. That's what they have, and they're good at it. But
97
::Christian Elliot: do you want to go that way, or would you like to jump to a different track and kind of just live in reality instead of official reality? It's much more fun to live from what's real.
98
::Christian Elliot: and it's freeing, and it's love and hope and peace, and so many wonderful things there, or just anxiousness and sickness in the other one.
99
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, and and taking responsibility for your actions. It's not that there's never a time and place for using
100
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: pharmaceutical chemicals
101
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: for fixing problems. But this, this going in and getting chemicals, and then taking them like forever, without any supervision. It's no wonder that, properly prescribed, properly taken.
102
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Pharmaceuticals kill more people. I think it's the number. It might be that I used to think it was the number one leading cause of death in this country, but I saw something recently that said it was the number 4.
103
::Christian Elliot: Well, yes.
104
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Probably because Covid came along.
105
::Christian Elliot: Yeah, well, the cancer heart disease and cancer typically are the top 2, which that many.
106
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Arguably. It could go back to.
107
::Christian Elliot: To them. Yeah. But if you take all the deaths from medical care, so if you combine them together, you could probably get the biggest number.
108
::Christian Elliot: Some would argue that. But typically the medical system is the 3rd leading cause of death in the country. When you combine what you're talking about, properly prescribed medications. Never mind drug interactions or misprescribed ones, unnecessary surgeries, infections you get in the hospital and so on. The medical system admits to being the 3rd leading cause of death. I read a book last year called the Lethal Dose. They know there's a percentage of people that will die from taking this to me. That's not an acceptable variable in this equation.
109
::Christian Elliot: And to your point. Yes, there's there's a place for
110
::Christian Elliot: pharmakia, which is where the word pharmaceutical comes from which interestingly means witchcraft or sorcery, but that there's the place, for it is trauma and emergency care. If I get hit by a bus, and I'm fighting for life. Yes, do do your potions and figure out. What do you need to put me back together in short order outside of that?
111
::Christian Elliot: Don't bother me with it. Give me the tools of of health and healing, and I'll put my bets on the body's ability to figure this out, and even infections like to me. I'm not afraid of any of them. I know tools to get rid of infection. I don't need antibiotics for that, so that but it takes learning to develop that level of confidence that I'm going to be fine. So
112
::Christian Elliot: yeah, it looks like.
113
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Takes exposure to some of this stuff like.
114
::Christian Elliot: I don't.
115
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: A dishwasher. I wash everything by hand, and you know it's not.
116
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I freely admit I do not have the cleanest dishes in town, and I have a dermaphobe sister who's like you're gonna get sick. But you know, exposing yourself to
117
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: to the bio, to the biotics that are in your environment.
118
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Actually keep you healthier than if you're never exposed to this stuff, then your body doesn't know how to fight it off. My body's always fighting stuff off, and you know I rarely get really sick unless I'm around people who've been jabbed, and
119
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: then I'm pretty sure I'm getting sick because they're shedding.
120
::Christian Elliot: I hate to say it, but that's actually a real thing, and I wish I wish I believed that was in the realm of fantasy or couldn't be demonstrated. But there's just too many stories and too much evidence that that's a thing. And that's another one of those uncomfortable things to look at, but talk about what that's done to the dating world. Oh, no, thanks, but that's a rough
121
::Christian Elliot: scenario, and to your point we've we have to get past this fear of germs, because we're never going to live in a world without them.
122
::Christian Elliot: There's mold, yeast, fungus, etc, like they're all here. And in the imbalanced state, where there's plenty of food for them to eat, ie. Toxins they're going to proliferate. They have so much food, and it's ready to throw a party, and sometimes they do that inside of us. That doesn't mean
123
::Christian Elliot: we have to find a way to avoid every germ because you can't. But what you can do is change the internal terrain such that they come and go, and you're not susceptible to them colonizing you, and that's a much more effective way to build health. But to your point. If you're not exposing yourself to any of them, you're not even developing resistance or a biome with enough breadth
124
::Christian Elliot: that those things can't root in you. So yeah, we we can't be afraid of it, and we do need to not be afraid or not be
125
::Christian Elliot: isolating ourselves away from and thinking we can sanitize our way through life. That's just not how you build health.
126
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: No, it's not, and and just
127
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: expecting somebody to give you a magic potion, which is
128
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: what happens when you go to the doctor and you want them to give you something.
129
::Christian Elliot: Yeah, well, you.
130
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Just asking for a magic potion to make you feel better, and to not have it, to take responsibility for any of the consequences of the actions you've taken to get you to that position.
131
::Christian Elliot: Yeah. And that's a again, a product of the expert spell. But it's also a testament to human tendency, toward the path of least resistance. I want the easy button. I don't want this to require anything of me. I have an aversion to suffer or struggling, and I'd rather just. I've got enough stressful things going on so I can appreciate it. Part of my work as a health coach is, I've got to still find the simplest way to get through this massive options here and help somebody heal. I love and crave simple answers.
132
::Christian Elliot: Unfortunately, I think I found a lot of them. But you're right. They're not found on a prescription pad or a suitcase full of supplements, or any number of gimmicky things masquerading as a comprehensive solution. So we do have to have some discernment, but fortunately there are powerful purification agents that can do so much to get rid of microbes and toxins that do not belong in your body.
133
::Christian Elliot: But purification is a there's that's like the middle step in a process. You still need to unburden yourself
134
::Christian Elliot: and find out where these sources of toxicity or microbes are getting into you, in the 1st place, so slowly peeling the layers of all the products we use and the the air we breathe, etc, unburdening enough that the body can like.
135
::Christian Elliot: I think I can. I can heal that now and then you work, then you go purify what's already there, and then, even then you still have a body that is like a clean but dilapidated house. You still got to refurbish the tissue. You still got to clean it or heal it. So then it's nourishing. So it's unburdened.
136
::Christian Elliot: has is creating the problem. It's purify what's already in there
137
::Christian Elliot: and nourish yourself back to health, and we expand the definition of nourishment beyond food. It's water, it's sleep, it's hope, it's movement, nature. They're very nourishing to the body and the soul. And then, if you've gone enough laps in that lane, then you can, you can switch to optimize, which is where a lot of the
138
::Christian Elliot: things promoted, as breakthroughs actually have merit where they can. They can help you get a little bit better. But they're they're so far from a comprehensive solution. And yet I want people to be encouraged that that is not a very complicated puzzle. There's probably the lifestyle factors are. There's a lot to think about, and you want to be methodical with your unburdening
139
::Christian Elliot: purification can happen fast if you find the right things to use, and nourishing is another one that takes more time.
140
::Christian Elliot: And so you want to make sure that you do it well, and you foster this patience that I'm I'm building health. I'm investing in my habits. I'm not just expecting to feel better in 2 weeks and be mad, that I haven't lost weight yet.
141
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: If we can get change. That is just like symptom of.
142
::Christian Elliot: Yeah.
143
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Of an overarching problem. It is not the problem in itself.
144
::Christian Elliot: No obesity and weight gain is the cure. Put your head around that one. It's your body protecting you from stuff that can't get to the exit, and can't be in the blood, or you would be poisoned.
145
::Christian Elliot: So your body does the right thing and protects you by shuttling this stuff into your fat cells and your liver and your connective tissue, just because it can't be in the blood. So it's protecting you by making you overweight. Your job is to say.
146
::Christian Elliot: Why, why can't this stuff make it to the exit? Where is all of it coming from, to begin with?
147
::Christian Elliot: And if you get those 2 questions answered. Sure enough, your body's like, thank you. I can now empty the fat cells. You won't be able to do that with low calorie dieting because your body's like it's still not safe to let this out.
148
::Christian Elliot: Sorry poison you. You can get your calories as low as you want, and you're just gonna wreck your metabolism and wonder why it didn't work or why it didn't sustain anything, because you you tried to take a shortcut and you weren't addressing the real problem effectively.
149
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And you don't want all of that stuff flooding out into your system.
150
::Christian Elliot: No, you feel app. If you do that.
151
::Christian Elliot: you got to be methodical with it. Yes.
152
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I once had a massage. It was the 1st massage I ever got, and
153
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It was early on in my awakening, and this gal. She was like a very deep tissue massage, and she worked on me for an hour, and I got up off the table, and I felt like I was high.
154
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Really, it was like it was a trip
155
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I would just like so much. So many of those toxins had been.
156
::Christian Elliot: Yeah.
157
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It. It moves out into your system, and it's like a lot got released and.
158
::Christian Elliot: Hmm.
159
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That was.
160
::Christian Elliot: Yeah, if you're going to go through a detox which I really everyone can benefit from that and surprise if you didn't know it. But we pretty much all have parasites. It's not a small problem. It's an overlooked and dismissed problem. But yeah, parasites, candida mold, etc. And then all the chemicals. If you try to go too fast, your body will let you know where the upper limit of
161
::Christian Elliot: how fast they can get rid of things are. And you just. That's where it takes patience and method and and sequence, even dissolving what when and and
162
::Christian Elliot: having some adaptable strategies. The 1st few cleanses I did. I didn't have those tools. I didn't. I just knew. I understand this now I want this out. But the Herx response, or what we call a cleansing response can be rough, and so, knowing how to manage that.
163
::Christian Elliot: and how to read your body, how to back off, how to support it, and sometimes it means doing something means resting rather than striving. So yeah, there's a few important levers to learn or rules for the road. But
164
::Christian Elliot: somebody hasn't even talking to. Today's like, I know you do this all day. So this is easy for you. But I still have questions. This still seems a little bit complicated to me. So yeah, so we do our best to just make it simple and create just believable, methodical. Here's okay. If this happens, here's what we do. The sky's not falling. You're not going to die. Your body just said that made me feel like I'm throwing up, or
165
::Christian Elliot: now I have the runs, or I'm a little achy, or I have chills, or like it will give you feedback if you're going a little too fast.
166
::Christian Elliot: But that doesn't mean you're off. Course, it just means you're successfully finding the upper limits, and you're developing better intuition which the experts never going to give you because it's your body. You develop that intuition with a well curated set of tools and levers to pull and, man, I get tickled at the number of
167
::Christian Elliot: testimonies or stories I get to hear. Just this week somebody had a cancer
168
::Christian Elliot: fall off of her face. She started. We taught her how to treat that or how to treat it because I'm not a doctor. Nothing. Here is medical advice, people just. I'm telling stories of what I've done. But we had somebody get rid of had a toenail fall off this week because it was toe fungus forever. So we just nuked that toenail falls off. He's got a fresh nail growing under that somebody pass a bubble of parasites. We had somebody get rid of varicose veins on her leg like
169
::Christian Elliot: it's just to me that's Tuesday. But for a lot of people that's shocking that those kind of things can get better. And once you learn how healing works, it's really not so mysterious of like, of course the body would function better if it wasn't burdened and nourished.
170
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Self-healing, self-regulating. You don't need pills to like artificially lower, or raise, or
171
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: make you feel, or make you not feel.
172
::Christian Elliot: You know.
173
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: All these are signals.
174
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Your body's trying to communicate with you people correct with those.
175
::Christian Elliot: Yeah, I, want.
176
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, do you nuggets?
177
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Right?
178
::Christian Elliot: One nugget that one of my people in our program pointed out that he appreciated was the phrase. I said, the cold is the cure.
179
::Christian Elliot: And he's like, like, what? Like, yeah, you're the cold. Is your body turning on all the Public Works Department and cleaning everything out.
180
::Christian Elliot: and whether you stick with the germ theory. That's a microbe replicating, or whether you say terrain. And it's just a body burden bucket that's full. Either way. This stuff doesn't belong in here, and I have to get a little more aggressive in my efforts to get it out. So sorry. But I'm protecting you, and I'm curing you of something that would otherwise poison you to death. So you're welcome, like, if you can take that
181
::Christian Elliot: perspective the next time you get a cold, you're like. Oh, that's my feedback from my body that I'm overdoing it a little bit, that I have a susceptibility here that I have
182
::Christian Elliot: somehow made myself hospitable
183
::Christian Elliot: to whatever's in the air, or I'm just finally toxic, and where I need to empty, it's so much easier to go. Oh, well, I guess I could
184
::Christian Elliot: do a little self-reflection. I guess I could take some ownership. And
185
::Christian Elliot: where am IA little over my skis, or punching above my weight class here, thinking I can take on the world, and need to have a more measured
186
::Christian Elliot: realistic acceptance of my actual capacity, and where the real limits are, and and the body will just keep giving you that feedback as long as you keep pushing it too much.
187
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You can also help your body by
188
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: telling your body things like, if you're wandering around going. This job is killing me or.
189
::Christian Elliot: Please don't say that.
190
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, your body, or I could really use some time off.
191
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I'm so tired your body will find a way to orchestrate the events so that you're sick in bed for a week.
192
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.
193
::Christian Elliot: You hit on something significantly important there, and that is that our thoughts literally are instructions in our body or create realities in our bodies. Most people have heard of the placebo effect, which is the idea that when I have some level of hope, or this intervention is going to be good for me. Hope actually manufactures better health, even though you just got a salt water injection or a sugar pill.
194
::Christian Elliot: The opposite is also true. There's the nocebo effect, which means you can think yourself sick. You can literally poison your body with your own thoughts and to your point. I felt the charge in your voice the way you were delivering the perspective on something that's instructions for your body. It tells it what's really happening out there, and so respond accordingly. So stop poisoning yourself with your thoughts, which is easier said than done, especially if you've got some trauma or abuse in your past. But
195
::Christian Elliot: yeah, that is a major source of toxicity that often gets so dismissed. And we're just focused on chemicals. It's plastics. It's pfas. It's heavy metal. It's parasites. And we don't realize
196
::Christian Elliot: my thought. Life is the biggest
197
::Christian Elliot: problem that I have. Actually, sometimes you clear that. And the body's like, thank you.
198
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, we can handle all the rest of it.
199
::Christian Elliot: Right.
200
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We're good.
201
::Christian Elliot: Are open again. Please purge that as well, and if it bothers to come in here again, show it to the door like, so, yeah.
202
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So I know you've got well, because you told me a mini series.
203
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Oh, yeah.
204
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Mini series. Let's talk about that a little bit. Yes. I also want you to talk about the the detox series that you have on your website for
205
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: the those shots.
206
::Christian Elliot: Yeah. Okay, well, so
207
::Christian Elliot: quick version of our story. So I've been a health coach for 20 years. And so that's mainly I was nutrition and fitness. I was a personal trainer for 10 years, really got into life coaching and became a holistic health coach, just because, by the nature of the breadth of what I do. Covid came around.
208
::Christian Elliot: I've publicly published my thoughts on. Here's 18 reasons. I'm not going to be getting these shots. I just can't make sense of these things. And apparently a lot of people resonated. With that I got over 5 million views of that on my site, and it was shared all over the world, but that introduced me to a lot of people, namely, doctors and coaches, who were also seeing the same thing. And so, when the shot started rolling out and people started having adverse events to them, some quite significant
209
::Christian Elliot: we just started putting our heads together like, how do we? What are you saying? How would you help these people? And it started with, how do we detox from these? And then, once you get into what's in them like just last. A few months ago last year there was a major paper published that said in the Vaccine and the Journal of Vaccine Theory, practice and research. The headline was, there's been 55 undeclared chemicals found in the top 6 brands
210
::Christian Elliot: which didn't include J. And J. So who knows how many undisclosed ingredients were in that. That's 9 per shot. So we basically said, what in the world are we even trying to detox from?
211
::Christian Elliot: And we had to step back and say anything that poisons the body. And so it just began, well, how do we get things out of the body that have poison? And so there's nuance of how you get a heavy metal out, maybe different than how you poison a parasite or whatever. But anything that poisons it became. And so we just really said, How do we help people detox and heal? Because at the end of the day, that's that's really all this is, it's a poisoning.
212
::Christian Elliot: and we need to empty it and then nourish it and nourish the body. So that led to a development of an 8 week. Detox course, where we take people through the we deal with microbes first.st So we get the microbiome rebalanced
213
::Christian Elliot: clean that out. Then we go after metals and chemicals and just mixed in that happens to be the shot like. If you did that, then this will also be addressing that we actually have a particular product specifically for going after what seems to be these amyloid proteins that for some people they develop these fibrous Boinging colts we're like the thought was, how do we dissolve that
214
::Christian Elliot: without dissolving the human that it's in. And so there's that, and there's a few other purification agents that I often get censored for mentioning. So I won't do that to your show. But
215
::Christian Elliot: that course is available. That's 1 of the things on our site. It's our flagship really is our 8 week detox course. We also have a mind and body cleanse, because I've been doing this for so long. I've had done so many years of mindset work and helping people through trauma and abuse that
216
::Christian Elliot: we realize that can be. Why, there's there's and never mind the anxiousness that goes with this. If you got traumas and bullies and narcissism, and whatever in your past that's going to be a relevant, highly relevant plot point in your journey, and for people who have a long way to go. If you've got 100 pounds to lose, I can't get that off of you in 8 weeks or 16 weeks, so we have a longer year long program that people can participate in where we really just give it time to move the levers of life and find the
217
::Christian Elliot: the lead dominoes, so to speak, that if you knock this over it starts to knock over a lot of other health benefits. So that's really the work we do. And I culminated that just last month I actually put it into a 7 Part Mini series. So it's really 20 years of lessons of holistic health. And I'm delighted to say I feel like I can finally communicate holistic health in a way that is so.
218
::Christian Elliot: Duh, I got a video from a friend today, he said. He watched that, he said. That is so stupidly simple. I cannot believe I never saw that like. It's the easiest thing in the world to picture, and it clarified all these different shiny objects I've been thinking about or heard about. They're all in a context now, and I just feel like I finally have a path, and I can't wait to work with you.
219
::Christian Elliot: That's what that Mini series can do. It can just lay out from beginning to end. So it's there's 7 videos. It's probably 15Â min each average. So you got about a hundred minutes worth of break it up. However, you want, but it's themed. And I just take you through a historical journey through a science journey through a healing perspective. And you just think, Dang.
220
::Christian Elliot: I can do this now you just feel empowered when you finish it. So that's on our site at Healingunited today, it's in the resources section. If you check it out there, you can opt in and watch the whole thing for free. And then it's also the pop-up that comes up. If you want to just subscribe through the pop-up you can you get access to the whole thing, and I charge nothing for it.
221
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So generous.
222
::Christian Elliot: Well, thanks, it's it's fun. I just feel like a sacred duty to put this out there like people need to know, and once your eyes are opened.
223
::Christian Elliot: Gosh! It's so.
224
::Christian Elliot: Go back.
225
::Christian Elliot: Know but what I what I feel like. I've been affirmed that that series did is I've simplified healing. I didn't oversimplify it, which is what almost everything in the health world does. Oh, you just needed this bacteria. You just needed that one hormone. Everything's fine. And but I simplified to be like I can do that.
226
::Christian Elliot: It's is their work. Simple and easy are not the same thing. But
227
::Christian Elliot: simple is is elegant. It's doable. It's gonna to your point. It's gonna require that you take some ownership. You're gonna have to learn a couple things. But we have tutorials for that we have group calls for that where you are going to be here to hold your hand through the whole thing.
228
::Christian Elliot: You get access to us for a year.
229
::Christian Elliot: You cannot leave our program in there. No, I didn't get enough support. They were not there for me, Bull. We were here the whole time.
230
::Christian Elliot: and we answer questions all day. So yeah, it's it's fun to. It's just it feels like I'm full circle from where I started. I actually have a master of divinity background. I kind of have a pastor's heart behind what I do. And now it's health has become a ministry. It's an opportunity to help people at such a deep level with whether it's cosmic questions or trauma, or it's
231
::Christian Elliot: heavy metals or parasites, whatever it's we, our coaching business is called true whole human for a reason, because we we just I can't not see the whole person anymore. When I go to help.
232
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Amazing. So how do, how do you actually work with people is like one on one? Is it groups? Is it a combination? Is it courses.
233
::Christian Elliot: Yeah, it's all the above. So we have courses that are just. It's 1st class education and tutorials and worksheets and things you'd expect in a course. But we've we've figured out over the years a way to blend high touch and group and courses. So we have a robust calendar of support depending on which program you're in between one to 6 days a week, you can get on a group call
234
::Christian Elliot: and get support for a themed like a fitness call or a nutrition call or accountability call, or we also have what we call code red calls where that's you can just at any time schedule, a 1 on one call. Typically, that's with me. And we just
235
::Christian Elliot: what's going on. Where are you? What do you need help with? And we personalize it that way. So it's very nimble. It's often the group call calendar is more than satiating, and people get their questions answered, and they don't need it. But yeah, if you're herxing, and if you have a question about any number of things, well, let's get on the phone. Let's do make sure we have a 1 on one option
236
::Christian Elliot: for you to have the support you need, and I also have my high ticket like
237
::Christian Elliot: Spare, no expense, no, no time limit of how much I will engage and help you really personalize this. So some people are just more, they prefer that, or they're too. They're intimidated by a group, and so they only want to do that. But most of the time the groups they're so friendly and so approachable. And you're just like, oh, I thought it was the only one. I'm so glad, and it's fun to be in an environment where you hear some of the stories I told you earlier, like you did what
238
::Christian Elliot: you heal. Huh! I know you're like a real person. You're not like some fake testimony on the Internet.
239
::Christian Elliot: I know you, and to to watch people change over. Time is so affirming. So sometimes there's more benefit in the group than people anticipate. And so that's why we've just over the years like we finally figured out, we cracked the code on
240
::Christian Elliot: zoom calls that are not like, Oh, my gosh! Oversharing Tmi, who need like we've we've curated them down to like these are on mission. They're they're here for a purpose, and you are welcome, and we are excited to have you. And this is still within this particular lane on this particular call. So yeah, it's fun work. And I feel blessed to be able to do it.
241
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: What health care should look like in my.
242
::Christian Elliot: Could have been all along. But it doesn't make near as much money as selling 1 billion dollar, or, in the case of Statins, trillion dollar, pharmaceuticals.
243
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, I I it's just gross. It is.
244
::Christian Elliot: But health is not. Health is beautiful, it's so much.
245
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: This.
246
::Christian Elliot: Especially when it's not like we. We offer our programs for family units like it's a house per household. So your husband, wife, kids.
247
::Christian Elliot: bring your grandma in like it's it's for the family unit, and it goes better that way when you're not the only one doing it. One you have us, and you have our groups, but you also have each other in person, and somebody to nudge you to remind, to take you, or whatever, or get to bed on time, or show up for a call. Oh, man, it is! It's the best blend of virtual and in person that we could come up with, and I think we're on to something kind of special.
248
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think so too. The whole doing it as a unit, because it makes
249
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: groups always make things better, because somebody will ask the question that you didn't even think of. But, man, it'll change your life.
250
::Christian Elliot: Right?
251
::Christian Elliot: Yeah. And it's comforting to know if oh, if I might pass a worm, I want somebody else to have to be doing this, too.
252
::Christian Elliot: or if I'm going to be fasting, it sure would be fun to not be alone while I'm doing it. And everybody looks at me like you're crazy. So yeah, there's a comfort in knowing that you're not the only one or that other people are suffering with you or healing with you is a better way to put.
253
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They're they're moving in the same path, along the same path that you're on. And it's it's not like I recently embraced sobriety.
254
::Christian Elliot: Good for you.
255
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: A couple of years now. But it it's it. It wasn't
256
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: that I had to give something up. I just chose a different path for a while.
257
::Christian Elliot: Yeah.
258
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And I didn't have to do it. I chose to do it, and health is like that. You can choose
259
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: to not eat sugar. You can choose to not, you know.
260
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: do different things, but you can also choose to
261
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: eat apples instead of potato chips, or.
262
::Christian Elliot: Yeah.
263
::Christian Elliot: yeah, there's a funny cycle or predictable psychological element of eating, because it's it is such a predictable source of comfort or ability to kind of just nudge and change your mood, and there's a psychological boost to it. But the so short-lived.
264
::Christian Elliot: and it just takes a little bit of accountability, a little bit of someone else around you to do some of this and realize, yeah, I'm I'm by diminishing that I'm making space for something else.
265
::Christian Elliot: And if you can say, Well, what do I want to make space for?
266
::Christian Elliot: And that invitation to create a space for something else.
267
::Christian Elliot: if you choose it? Well, you pick non self sabotaging habits like your apple example, or a phone call with a friend, or going for a walk or going to bed at the book instead of a phone like whatever you're just making space for life to get better rather than to numb out and not ever be alone with your thoughts or not, strive and and find out that you can make it. And so obviously you figured out that you can make it by giving up alcohol fantastic.
268
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's it's it. It has been an amazing amazing adventure, and I feel.
269
::Christian Elliot: I feel wonderful for it.
270
::Christian Elliot: Sure you do. Well, it's it's a i mean at the end of the day alcohol is toxic. It's it is a toxin. There's a reason your motor skills and inhibitions get messed up like that's because you're poisoning yourself. And if you can say, you know what?
271
::Christian Elliot: How long do I want to keep poisoning myself, then, or the occasional glass of wine? But, like my wife, has an aura ring, it gives her up anytime. She has wine like it, doesn't. My body does not respond to that. Well.
272
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.
273
::Christian Elliot: Okay? So yeah, we hardly have any alcohol. I could probably count on one hand, and I wouldn't even need all the fingers
274
::Christian Elliot: to the number of alcoholic drinks I'd have in a year.
275
::Christian Elliot: It gets just this, doesn't have an appeal.
276
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Don't like the way it tastes. I realize that. You know I'm doing this, but I don't really like it. So why am I doing this again?
277
::Christian Elliot: Good question.
278
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's like.
279
::Christian Elliot: Yeah. And then just it's finding the replacement that helps. Yeah, you don't typically break a bad habit. You replace it, you nudge it out. And in so.
280
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I do tea? Yeah, I'm really into teas.
281
::Christian Elliot: Yeah. Good for you.
282
::Christian Elliot: Well done! That's that's a milestone. A lot of people never quite cross.
283
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: No, just he.
284
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's not for everybody. And you know I I'm still around. People who drink. My husband drinks sometimes.
285
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It just isn't that big a deal to me.
286
::Christian Elliot: Yeah, good for you. Yeah. I've
287
::Christian Elliot: haven't met a glass of wine or beer I couldn't walk away from. It's
288
::Christian Elliot: there's there's nothing about. My gosh, I just really want that.
289
::Christian Elliot: That has not been my historical problem.
290
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.
291
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I I was that way with soda and a lot of other things. I really like water. I'm a water snob like specific kinds of water.
292
::Christian Elliot: Or is
293
::Christian Elliot: the source of all life so good for you? That's a there's a lot I can say about water. But yeah, good. Keep it up.
294
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: All right.
295
